Friends and Sex- S.

By now, if you are an avid reader of On Sex And Night Skies, then you know that A. and I are very experimental virgins. We have made the choice to not have sex until we are married. But we both love sex! We study it, research facts about it, and we are very informed about the things that are common knowledge, and the things that not so many people know.

   A. and I have friends who are not so good about their sex lives. We have friends who will just sleep with anything that has two legs and a pussy/dick. We have friends who think that birth control is just "pulling out." Friends who are very good about birth control. And friends who are the in between.

   Common myths about sex:

1. A women can't get pregnant when she is on her period.
Normally, when you are on your period, it means you aren't ovulating. If you are not ovulating, obviously you will not get pregnant. But women who have shorter or more out there cycles can ovulate during their periods.

2. Pulling out is an effective form of birth control.
Well, for those of you who don't know, pulling out is when you are having sex, and the guy pulls his penis out of your vagina or anus before he cums. This doesn't work. You CAN get pregnant even if you just pull out! *gasp*

3. Toothpaste does NOT kill sperm.
No. Toothpaste doesn't kill sperm. A few guys in one of my classes were talking about this. All toothpaste does is irritate the penis, so if you want an irritated, red, itchy penis go ahead and try toothpaste while I sit here and laugh while you discreetly try and itch you cock. Go ahead. Do it. I dare you....

4. A woman can't get pregnant the first time she has sex.
Not true. At all. As soon as a woman has her first menstrual cycle, she WILL ovulate. Remember that quote from the Lindsey Lohan movie, "Mean Girls?" "You will get pregnant, and you will die." Remember that quote? You might not die, but you can get pregnant. It's not impossible, my friends.

5. Douching can prevent pregnancy.
False! Douching with Coca Cola WILL kill sperm, but it can also harm a woman's body, prevent her from ever having the ability to reproduce, and give her a SERIOUSLY painful infection down there. And a funny story to tell the OB-GYN when she has to go there to tell her what's wrong with her lady parts.

One of my friends asked me the other day about pulling out. She was telling me allllll about how her and her guy have amazing sex, and how he gives her sos much pleasure, and that she loves to give him pleasure. When I asked about condoms, birth control, or any of that she said they used none. They are an active couple. They have sex pretty often. He's cum inside her multiple times. And they don't use birth control? Bad decision, people. VERY bad. I cannot help but go all sex-ed on people who do things like this! When I asked her if she was ready for a baby, she told me no. Why would you be having unprotected sex if you do not want a baby??? That's a bad decision, everyone.

For those of you who at least use some form of birth control, I congratulate you and your choice to attempt to wait to procreate into this world. You've made a wise decision my friends. A very wise decision. I commend you.

A. will produce the second part of this tomorrow. More later!!!

-S.
