Bisexuality and the Kinsey Scale -S.

    The Kinsey Scale, as Wikipedia describes it, attempts to describe a person's sexual history or episodes of their sexual activity at a given time. It uses a scale from 0, (meaning exclusively heterosexual) to 6, (meaning exclusively homosexual).


In A.'s previous post where he came out a bisexual, he stated that I was a three or four on the Kinsey Scale. I actually am a FIVE on the Kinsey Scale. This means that I am almost completely homosexual! Now, this may surprise some of you because I have A. and he is most certainly a MALE, and I am a FEMALE, but I am mostly attracted to women!!!! A. is the only man I've ever been attracted to in the least bit! Now, don't get me wrong, A. is my life, and I wouldn't change him for anything in the world. I would never trade him for anybody EVER. He is my entire world wrapped up in one very muscular, very hot, attractive, gorgeous, sexy, sweet, yummy, intelligent(*goes on and on*) body! But if I didn't have him... Say, I had never met him... I would be a total lesbian. 


Now, some of you may think I'm joking. I promise to you, I'm not! I have never been attracted to another man EVER. The thought of men(besides A.) repulses me!!!! But the thought of being with any one if something were ever to happen to A. is just unacceptable. It's the unthinkable sin! 


Anyways... Guys just never floated my boat, really. The only one I've ever been attracted to is Austin. Rachel(see side bar, "Bisexual Besties"), says I'm just a lesbian with a boyfriend, and I must agree! What else would you call a bisexual(who has only ever been attracted to girls) who has a boyfriend???

I took this quiz, and it actually gave me a four which was slightly off, but according to their definitions of the 0-6 stages in the Kinsey Scale, it made sense. Here is their definition:


0 = exclusively heterosexual
1 = predominantly heterosexual, incidentally homosexual
2 = predominantly heterosexual, but more than incidentally homosexual
3 = equally heterosexual and homosexual
4 = predominantly homosexual, but more than incidentally heterosexual
5 = predominantly homosexual, incidentally heterosexual
6 = exclusively homosexual


You probably should be able to figure out your sexuality without taking a quiz, but just in case....
