The Why and How of My Erotica - A.

Hey everyone! You may have noticed that S. and I have been on an Erotica kick this month! I just wanted to talk a bit about why I write it and my process for coming up with it.

I know that this blog is for our own love life. It's meant to share our experiences, as well as tips for safe sex, new things to try with your partner, and how to get yourself out of a monotonous rut in your physical interaction. And if you all have really gone back and read all our posts, you will get a lot of that! We've covered a lot of new experiences and topics. Some of them we haven't covered very well, but we both have planned on re-posting on them later on in our relationship when we have researched more and had more experience. For example, I'm going to be re-posting on titty fucking very soon, because I've learned more about it, how it can be used as a replacement for actual sex, how girls can sexualize their breasts, ect.

We write erotica to give our readers something different. It helps to bring in a sexier atmosphere and to make people more open to reading about/discussing sex. It can also break up some of the monotony of "today S. and I did this over the phone. Yesterday we did this. The day before we did this." It gives it more variety, and variety is the spice of life! Also, our erotica and fantasy-log posts get the most views, and get the most views from out-of-country readers. So people evidently like it, and we're gonna give the people what they want!

I'll be posting on some new experiences from S. and I tomorrow!

Now, when I write erotica, I always try and give it something unique. I try to give it some sort of back story or storyline. S. does also. From an experienced married couple to novice virgins to people in a sexless marriage, we've given some different perspectives.

I try to include realistic scenarios, actions, and ideas. I just now did a google search (to see how much unrealistic erotica is floating around) and found thirty-person orgy erotica, erotica based on the movie Avatar, scuba-diving underwater erotica, and some erotica called "Sex on a train in public". None of these will come true for the majority of the population. Even something as simple as the mile-high club is so hard to fulfill in real life, thanks to overcrowded flights and security measures. Do I like this unrealistic erotica? Oh yeah! It's wonderful to have someone write out that hardcore fantasy you know you'll never fulfill! I read that thirty person erotica, and it was kind of hot! And that Avatar one was well done! There is a large amount of these extreme-scenario, this-probably-won't-happen-to-you-but-it's-so-hot-to-read writings out there. So I focus on a smaller market.

I like erotica that could be true. Sure, some of our erotica seems like everything goes perfectly and no one needs birth control or stumbles in a position, but the scenarios and premises are all more realistic and common. I also try to include some non-sexual parts of life, and little back stories that have nothing to do with the erotica: the husband eating all the cheesecake, having to clean up your mess after you're done playing, ect. It helps the reader relate to it and say "Yeah, I do have to do that!" Or "Yeah, I would totally do that!" It makes the characters more relatable, which makes for some cooler, more immersing reading.

And our erotica is amateur. We are nowhere NEAR professional level with it. It's for fun! We really write it for each other! You all are getting to read our written foreplay! Consider yourself blessed ;)
